MAGNOLIA, Del. - The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office has made an arrest in a Kent County arson that occurred while someone was inside the home.

Fire officials say the fire was reported Tuesday night at a manufactured home on McKinley Circle in Magnolia and that it stemmed from an earlier domestic dispute involving 36-year-old Dontelle Clary of Magnolia.

When authorities found Clary the next day, they said he had been assaulted and had to be taken to Kent General Hospital. Upon his release, Clary was charged with arson and reckless endangering and committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $20,000 bond.

No one was injured in the fire and only the outside of the home was damaged, according to state fire marshals.
