POCOMOKE CITY, Md. - A three-day trial for a Pocomoke City man accused of killing his nephew is now over.

Worcester County State's Attorney Beau Oglesby says 28-year-old Kevin Sewell was convicted Thursday of first-degree murder, first-degree child abuse and child neglect.

Those charges stem from the death of Sewell's three-year-old nephew back in May of 2015. Sentencing will take place after a pre-sentence investigation is complete, which usually takes about 45 days.
