PARSONSBURG, Md.- Maryland State Police are looking for a suspect who robbed a convenience store in Parsonsburg at knifepoint.

The incident reportedly happened at around 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Quick Stop, located at 7181 Parsonsburg Road. According to police, an unidentified white male, wearing a black partial face mask, black gloves, gray hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans entered the business, displayed a knife and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect then ran from the scene. The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office assisted with a  K-9 track.

Police said information from the investigation suggest the suspect may be connected to a light blue/silver, late 1990s Ford Explorer, with unknown registration. The vehicle was last observed traveling north on Parsonsburg Road, away from the Quick Stop at a high rate of speed.
