Lincoln Man Arrested After Domestic Incident

MILFORD, Del.- Police arrested a Lincoln man accused of shattering a car window during an argument.

While on patrol on Park Avenue Monday night, officers say they saw two cars leaving a parking lot with a considerable amount of glass near the area the were parked.

The officer made contact with one of the drivers nearby, and learned there was a fight just before police arrived. Police say 25-year-old Vontrell Bibbinss damaged a window of the car and would not allow it's passengers to get out. The victims also told police Bibbin made comments that made them fear for their safety.

As the officer was speaking to the victim in this case, police say Bibbins went to the Milford Police Department to speak about the matter and was taken into custody without incident.  

Bibbins was charged with two counts of Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd-degree, two counts of Reckless Endangering, Terroristic Threatening, Menacing, Criminal Mischief, and  Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Bibbins was arraigned at JP Court #3 in Georgetown, where bail was set $5,500 unsecured along with a no contact order with the victims in this case.
