Update: Missing Salisbury Teen Found

UPDATE -- Maryland State Police said Wednesday evening that Ereka Virginia Clauson was located and she was no longer listed as missing. No other details were provided.

SALISBURY, Md. - Maryland State Police have listed a 16-year-old Salisbury girl as a missing person.  Police say Ereka Virginia Clauson was last seen in the area of the McDonald's parking lot on Tilghman Road in Salisbury around 7:20 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18.  Clauson was last seen wearing a red and black plaid long-sleeved shirt with a white tank top and blue jeans.  She is described as 5'7'' and weighs 140 pounds.  She has reddish-brown shoulder-length hair and blue hazel eyes. 

Anyone with information about Clauson is urged to contact the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack at (410)749-3101.

    Salisbury Bypass Detour to Reopen Thursday

    The State Highway Administration estimates the Salisbury Bypass detour will reopen on Thursday. 

    The construction to the bridge over US 13 is scheduled to finish this week and will allow traffic to head southbound on the bypass. 

    The detour's closure will also allow SHA to remove the temporary traffic signals on Naylor Mill Road.
