Salisbury Police Searching for Robbery Suspect

SALISBURY, Md.- Police are searching for a suspect connected to an armed robbery.

It happened at the Rite Aid on Parsons Road. Police say a woman walked in wearing a mask and armed with a taser.

Store employees say the woman pulled out the weapon and demanded money. The store employee gave the suspect the cash before the suspect took off. 

Officers were assisted by Salisbury Police Departments K-9 “Meso” who conducted a track for the suspect, but they were unable to find more evidence.

There were no injuries reported during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black female, thin build, light complexion, approximately 5’-05”, weighing approximately 130 pounds, approximately
18-26 years of age, initially wearing dark colored long sleeve shirt, dark pants and white shoes. 

The investigation is continuing and police are requesting that anyone with information to contact the Salisbury Police Department Criminal Investigation Division (410) 548-3113 or Crime Solvers (410) 548-1776.
