Gold Alert Issued for Missing Millsboro Woman

MILLSBORO, Del.– Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a 20-year-old Millsboro woman reported as missing.

Alyssa Speese was last seen shortly after 11 p.m. Sunday, according to police. She is described as white, 5-foot-6, 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. 

Troopers said they have been unable to make contact with Speese to check on her welfare. Attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare, according to police.

Anyone with information about Speese's whereabouts is asked to contact Troop 7 at (302) 644-5020 or by contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com.  Anonymous tips may be sent by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
