Three Arrested in Dover Heroin Bust

DOVER, Del. -- The Dover Police are reporting the arrest of three people in connection with a drug investigation.

Police say the Dover Department of Street Crimes Unit were monitoring a room at the Dover Inn as a part of the investigation when they saw William Neiberg, 29 of Dover, and Anthony Fountain, 24 of Camden, leave the motel in a white vehicle. Police stopped the car and found the two men in possession of 78 bags of heroin. Officer then conducted an administrative search warrant of the hotel room where they found Tabetha Corron, 21 also of Dover, inside the room, where police confiscated 503 bags of heroin, $1,504 and 85 hypodermic needles.

All three have been charged with possession with the intent to deliver and possession of heroin in the Tier 5 quantity among other charges; they are also all being held on $21, 500 secured bond.

    A Snow Hill man is in critical condition after a shooting Friday night. The Snow Hill Police Department responded to a shooting, or shots fired, call at around 7 p.m. at the intersection of W. Federal Street and Ross Street in Snow Hill. Police said they found Deron Raymont Ames, 25, of Snow Hill, laying along the edge of the roadway near the curb. Police said Ames was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
