WORCESTER COUNTY, Md. - 26-year-old Zachariah Bennett was already facing almost 30 charges for alleged sexual abuse of minors in Wicomico County.  Bennett has now been indicted on five more charges stemming in a related incident in Worcester County.

Bennett, along with 21-year-old Leah Wright, were arrested and charged in October.  According to charging documents, the alleged incidents happened at Mitchell's Martial Arts in Salisbury, beginning in August of 2015. The documents show the victims are three teenage girls between the ages of 13 and 15. Mitchell's Martial Arts says Bennett and Wright are no longer employed at the business.

Court documents obtained by WBOC show Bennett is charged with assaulting three juveniles, and has admitted to having sexual contact with one of them. Bennett is also accused of texting explicit pictures of himself to victims.  Wright is accused of joining in some sex acts with Bennett and a victim, and acting as a lookout on another occasion, using a cellphone as a warning.

According the court documents from Wicomico County, Bennett was expected to face further charges in Ocean City for acts against one of the three teenage girls.

Bennett was indicted in Worcester County on November 22.  According to court documents from Worcester County, Bennett faces five charges including the sexual abuse of a minor.  The documents state the alleged crimes took place in August of this year at 2901 Philadelphia Avenue in Ocean City.  Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Speed World Go-Karts, and Splash Mountain Water Park are all listed at that address.  WBOC reached out to Jolly Roger but the park is closed for the season.

Bennett is due in Wicomico County court Tuesday morning for an initial appearance and bond review.  Bennett is scheduled to appear in Worcester County court in mid-December.
