The Bidens Buy Vacation Home Near Cape Henlopen State Park

LEWES, Del. (AP)- Former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill, have recently purchased a vacation beach house in Delaware.
    
The couple's home overlooks Cape Henlopen State Park.
    
Joe Biden said in a statement Thursday that the couple has always dreamed of buying a beach home where they could bring the entire family.
    
Biden spokeswoman Kate Bedingfield says the Bidens will keep their primary home in Greenville. Bedingfield declined to release the specific location of the property or when the Bidens are expected to move in.

    Police Investigating Shooting in Snow Hill

    A Snow Hill man is in critical condition after a shooting Friday night. The Snow Hill Police Department responded to a shooting, or shots fired, call at around 7 p.m. at the intersection of W. Federal Street and Ross Street in Snow Hill. Police said they found Deron Raymont Ames, 25, of Snow Hill, laying along the edge of the roadway near the curb. Police said Ames was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
