Virginia Man Facing Multiple Charges After Dover Downs Incident

DOVER, Del.- Dover police say they arrested a man for disorderly conduct and related charges after he reportedly hit a Dover Downs Hotel and Casino security officer. 

Police said that shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to a trespassing complaint at Dover Downs.  When officers arrived on the scene, they said they found 34-year-old Courtney Hill of Norfolk, Va. passed out on a couch in the hotel lobby.  

During a subsequent search, police said they found in Hill's possession 47 grams of PCP in a glass vial.  

He was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $57,000 cash bond on the offenses of possession of PCP (Tier 5 quantity), possession with intent to deliver PCP, drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and offensive touching.
