Police Investigate Little Heaven Gas Station Robbery

Delaware State Police are investigating a robbery in Little Heaven. Delaware State Police are investigating a robbery in Little Heaven.

LITTLE HEAVEN, Del.- Delaware State Police are investigating the robbery of a gas station that occurred Friday afternoon.

Around 2:45 p.m., a man entered the Shore Stop on Bay Road and asked to buy some cigarettes.

He handed the employee the money for the cigarettes, but when the employee opened the cash register, he implied he had a weapon and demanded money, police said.

The employee complied and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

After taking the money, the man ran away. The employee was not injured in the robbery, police said.
