Dover Drug Bust Leads to 3 Arrests

DOVER, Del.- A drug raid on a Dover home has led to the arrests of three people on heroin dealing and related charges. 

Dover police, with the assistance of Delaware State Police and Delaware Probation and Parole, executed a search warrant at a home on the 100 bock of Kirkwood Street on Thursday.  

According to police, the search warrant was the result of a drug investigation at the home.  

As a result of the search warrant, police said officers located 2.649 grams of heroin, .3 grams crack cocaine, .7 grams of marijuana, and a .22-caliber handgun.  The following persons were arrested:

  • Brandy Coverdale, 36, charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, second-degree conspiracy, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
  • Ky-Mar Frederick, 16, charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver heroin, aggravated possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
  • Richard Harrigan, 36, charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, second-degree conspiracy, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.
