OCEAN CITY, Md.- The White Marlin Open was without any white marlins on the leaderboard Wednesday morning, but that didn't last long.

Angler Mike Donohue of Wilmington, Del. brought in the biggest catch of the day with a white marlin weighing in at 86 pounds, according to the White Marlin Open leader board.

The current second place catch came from Angler Michael Logan aboard "Business." Logan was the first of the tournament to put a white marlin on the board that met all of the necessary qualifications.

According to White Marlin Open rules, the white marlin fish needs to be at least 67 inches and 70 pounds.

Logan's catch weighed in at 76 pounds just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, according to White Marlin Open.

The tournament released that the estimated price tag on the first place white marlin is $2.6 million with second place collecting $120,000.

The biggest tuna catch on Wednesday went to Joe Sandler with a 68.5 pound fish which currently has a price tag of $460,000.

The lone Wahoo on day three is currently Gary Capuano with a 55 pound fish that could win him $15,000.
