3 Eggs
2 Cups sugar
3-tsp.Vanilla
1 cup Vegetable oil (blend first four ingredients well)
2 cubs grated Zucchini
1 cup chopped Nuts
2 cups all purpose Flour
1/4 - tsp. Baking Powder
3-tsp. Cinnamon
2-tsp. Baking powder
1-tsp. Salt
Add all together, bake in 2 large greased and floured loaf pans or 4 small pans. For large pans bake in 350 degree oven for roughly 40-45 minutes. In small pans bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 40-45 minutes.
