Recipe from Sue Burmeister of OH
1 Angel Food Cake mix (the kind that you just add water too)
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
1 container of cool whip
Mix dry cake mix with the can of undrained pineapple (add nothing else to mix) with mixer till fluffy. Pour into 9x13 greased cake pan and bake according to cake mix directions. Remove from oven with handle of wood spoon poke holes in cake. Make cool mix pudding according to directions, and pour into holes. Slice fresh strawberries or banana's on top and frost with cool whip. This can be done low calorie as well by using fat free cool whip and sugar free pudding.
