Recipe from Peggy Bryan of Tennessee
2 cups cooked mashed squash
2 cups of corn bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1 can of cream of chicken soup or mushroom
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 stick margarine
Saute your onion in the margarine. Mix the other ingredients together and add onion. Bake in the oven on 350 for about 20 minutes. This is very moist.
