4 to 5 cups of raw, peeled, cubed potatoes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can of cheddar cheese soup(I prefer Campbell's)
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
1 cup of chopped green onions
1/4 cup of bell peppers (any color, but I prefer green)
6 to 8 slices of cooked bacon, diced
Dash of seasoning
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours, stirring occasionally.
Yields: 3 servings
