1 Pie Crust
Fresh berries
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 cup butter
Wash berries and leave them a little wet/damp,shake in flour just to coat. Cook berries with water and add sugar and butter. Cook just until tender. Taste for sugar at this point. In a loaf pan, line the sides and bottom with crust. Fill 3/4 full with berries. Top with more crust. Put a dusting of sugar and butter on top. Lightly brown crust at 375.
