GIRDLETREE, Md.- Members of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office and the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation have located a 17-year-old girl reported as missing.

According to Lt. Ed Schreier from the Sheriff's Office, at around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nevada Jackson was located and is safe. 

An alert had been issued for Jackson on Thursday morning after she was reportedly last seen at her home in Girdletree on Tuesday night.
