HAVERHILL, Mass. (AP/WBOC)- Prosecutors say three Sussex County, Delaware, men have been arrested in connection with the death of a Massachusetts teen who was shot while answering the front door of his home last year.

Haverhill, Massachusetts, police say 20-year-old Nicholas Mandato of Dagsboro, Del. was arrested by the Delaware State Police Homicide Unit on a warrant issued out of Haverhill District Court. Twenty-one-year-old Thomas Warner, of Selbyville, Del., turned himself into Delaware State Police and 18-year-old Kenneth Pitts, of Frankford, Del., was taken into custody by the DSP Homicide Unit in Bethany Beach, Del.

All three charged with the June 2017 murder of Bryce Finn. Prosecutors say the 18-year-old Finn was shot in the chest when he answered the door just days after his high school graduation. Investigators previously said they do not think the shooting was random but have not disclosed a motive.

Mandato waived rendition and was transported to Massachusetts where he is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.

Warner and Pitts remain in custody at the Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown, Delaware. It could not be determined if they have lawyers.   In Delaware, all three suspects were charged with Fugitive-From-Another-State for the homicide in Massachusetts.
