SALISBURY, Md.- A man was arrested in Salisbury on drug charges following a traffic stop.

Zarvelle Julius Snell, 43, was a passenger in the car that was pulled over near Isabella Street and Route 50 on July 23.

During the search, a K-9 did a scan of the car and gave deputies an alert, which gave them probable cause to search Snell, the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office said.

During the search, deputies allegedly found a plastic bag containing 5.7 grams of crack cocaine, several bags of marijuana and a digital scale, according to the sheriff's office.

Snell was arrested and released to the Wicomico County Detention Center.
