Millsboro Woman Facing Charges After Burglary at Subway Restaurant

MILLVILLE, Del. -- Delaware State Police said a Millsboro woman was arrested Thursday after police learned that she had allegedly stolen money from a Subway restaurant in October. 

The incident happened on Oct. 10, when DSP said they responded to reports of a burglary at the restaurant located on Town Center Drive.

Police said that someone had come into the business and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register before taking off. 

According to state police,investigations revealed that Cissie Maryland, 27 of Millboro, was dropped off by an unknown person at the Subway. She turned herself in to police on Thursday. 

Maryland is facing burglary and other charges. She was arraigned and released on a $9,000 unsecured bond.
