Federal, Md. Courts and Offices Closed Wednesday for National Day of Mourning

UNDATED- Because of Wednesday's National Day of Mourning in honor of former President George H.W. Bush, all federal offices will be closed and there will be no mail delivery. 

Additionally, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan has announced that all state agencies and courts in Maryland will be closed, also in honor of the 41st president. 

Delaware Gov. John Carney says his state's courts and offices will remain open. However, in a memo sent to state employees, Carney is encouraging managers to make accommodations for workers who want to watch the memorial service, as long as it does not interfere with time-sensitive state business. 

Bush died Friday night at the age 94,
