BARCLAY, Md. - Maryland State Police have arrested a man from Prince George's County accused of raping two teenagers at a Queen Anne's County school while he was a principal there in the late 1960s.

Police say 90-year-old Russell Isaac of Bowie, Maryland is charged with two counts of rape and associated sex offenses. He was arrested Monday morning at his home and is now being held at the Prince George's County Detention Center.

Maryland State Police started an investigation back in May of 2016 when a female victim came forward and disclosed that in the late 1960s she was a 14-year-old student at the W.C. Moffett School, in Queen Anne's County, where Isaac was the principal.

Police say a second victim came forward throughout the investigation and reported to have also been sexually assaulted by Isaac when she was 15-years-old. According to the victims, the assaults happened between 1966 and 1968.

Maryland State Police Criminal Enforcement Division believe there may be additional victims. They are asking anyone who has information on this case to contact them at 410-758-1101.
