SALISBURY, Md. - Pip the Beach Cat has gained quite a following on Delmarva over the last few months, thanks to social media.

The paddleboarding, arcade playing, adventure cat captured the attention of many through his Facebook and Instagram posts.  Owner Emily Meadows says she feels like despite Pip only being about nine months old, he's already lived his nine lives.

"I've always been a very organized person and lately I feel like everything is everywhere because I'm not only managing my own career, but I'm also managing a cat's," Meadows said.

Pip will be featured in an upcoming movie, rap music video and will even have his own stuffed animal made so everyone can have Little Pip at home. Pip will also have a new children's guide book to Ocean City coming out later this year. Meadows said he is constantly being asked to events, nursing homes and schools for visits.

"We are trying to use Pip's publicity for as much good as possible. So the more people that know about Pip and the more people that purchase his products, that's more money we can give back to charity," Meadows said.
