DOVER, Del.- A man who thought he was meeting someone to buy a cellphone ended up being robbed in an apartment complex parking lot, according to Dover police.

Police say the robbery happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of Country Village Apartments.

An 18-year-old man told police he was waiting to meet an alleged seller from the "LetGo" mobile app to purchase a cellphone.
