DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police have arrested a Camden man accused of burglarizing the same home three times in one day.

Police said 20-year-old Jordan C. Manus was identified as the suspect  following a investigation that got underway on March 15. According to police, shortly after 10:15 a.m. a witness reported hearing glass break followed by Mancus entering the unoccupied home in the 500 block of South Old Mill Road.

Troopers said they were dispatched to the 500 block of South Old Mill Road in Dover a little after 12:30 p.m. when Manus was seen entering and exiting the home for the second time. Police say when they arrived, Manus ran.

An investigation found that Manus broke a sliding glass door in order to get into the home, according to police. Manus returned a third time at around 1:45 p.m, police said. When troopers arrived, Manus ran away again, but was taken into custody shortly thereafter.

Manus was charged with three counts of second-degree burglary, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. He was ordered held in the Sussex Correctional Institution on $8,600 secured bond.
