EASTON, Md. =- Easton police said officers arrested an Easton man after investigations reportedly revealed he had been selling cocaine out of a motel room.

Easton Police's Narcotics Unit started the investigation during the month of the April. Police said it revolved around 35-year-old Tyron Green of Easton, who was allegedly trying to sell crack cocaine in Easton, but more specifically while he was living at the  Econo Lodge on Ocean Gateway.

Police executed a warrant on Thursday, where officers said they seized an amount of cocaine that indicated it was going to be sold. Police also said they seized a digital scale with cocaine residue, a glass vile containing suspected THC wax, and $860 in suspected drug proceeds, among other things.

Easton PD said Green was arrested and charged with several drug-related offenses. He was ordered to be held at the Talbot County Detention Center without bond by a District Court Commissioner.

The Talbot County Narcotics Task Force helped Easton PD and its several units that worked the case.
