Arrest Made in Allure Night Club Shooting

DOVER, Del. - The Dover Police Department has arrested a man in connection to the June 2, shooting that occurred at the Allure Night Club.

Police say 35-year-old Naquan Ingram was arrested in connection to that shooting. 

Back on June 2, A 21-year-old man was transported to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries, according to police.  Officers arrived around 1:30 a.m. after a large fight broke out and a man with a handgun was arrested before another fight started in the parking lot. 

Police say during the parking lot fight, multiple shots were fired and the 21-year-old victim, an onlooker, was shot in the hip.

According to police, Ingram was identified by officers who obtained video surveillance from the area that the incident occurred. Ingram was arrested without incident at the Dover Probation and Parole office by the U.S. Marshal’s First State Fugitive Task Force on June 6. 

Police say Ingram faces Assault, Recklessness and Possession charges as well as Illegal Gang Participation charges.
