MILFORD, Del.- Milford police arrested a Magnolia man after an investigation into possible prostitution led to the seizure of drugs and a firearm.
Police say that shortly after 10:30 p.m. July, 11, officers responded to the 200 block of Charles Street to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Upon arrival officers found Jamel Littlepage, 24, of Magnolia.
Further investigation included use of a police K9, which authorities said resulted in the discovery of five cellphones, drug paraphernalia, THC gummy candy, pills, 116 grams of marijuana, 12 grams of psilocybin mushroom, a ski mask, and a .40 caliber handgun.
Littlepage has been charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, five counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Littlepage was taken to the Justice of the Peace Court #3 in Georgetown, where bail was set at $46,250 secured.
Littlepage was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on July 18.
