Suspect Holds Dunkin' Employee at Gunpoint During Robbery

EASTON, Md.- Easton police are searching for a man after a Dunkin' employee was held at gunpoint.

Easton Police officers responded to the Dunkin' at 8461 Ocean Gateway just after midnight on Monday for a report of an armed robbery.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect was waiting outside the shop close to the back dumpster. When the employee took the trash out, the suspect brandished a shotgun at the employee, according to police. This led the employee back into the shop.

At this point, the gunman took an undisclosed amount of cash from the registers and then more from the manager's office after breaking the locked door. The man took the employees phone and threw it under a few boxes. The suspect then left the store in an unknown direction. 

The employee described the suspect as a man dressed in dark clothes, a ski mask, and gloves.
