The weekend will also see the return of hot air balloons to Sussex County.  Saturday and Sunday at the Delaware Coastal Airport in Georgetown it is the Balloons Over Sussex Festival.  16 hot air balloons are expected to participate.  At 5:30 p.m. on both weekend days look for the sky to be populated with these balloons as part of scheduled ascensions.

From balloons to bikes, thousands of bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts are descending on Ocean City as part of BikeFest. In addition, to vendors and bike themed events, music acts will complete the day.  On Friday, Cheap Trick and ZZ Top take the stage. Saturday's headliner is Stone Temple Pilots.

Another first-time event is Colorfest Delaware.  It will be similar to color runs without the running. In addition to the color, expect music and food. Colorfest Delaware is scheduled for September 14 beginning at 10:00 am at Hudson Fields in Milton.
