DOVER, Del.- After enjoying temperatures in the 60s on Monday, many people around the Delmarva Peninsula may be bundling up over the next few days.

Forecasters say temperatures are set to drop on Tuesday, potentially causing expected rainfall to mix with light snow.

The weather may also drop to very cold levels on Wednesday with highs expected in the 30s.

Ennio Emmanuel with Code Purple in Kent County said the expected drop in temperatures is especially concerning for homeless in Kent County. He said women and children will be able to find a sanctuary over the next couple days, though men will not have a shelter in Kent County until Friday at the earliest.

"Right now the way we're going to try to fill in this space is offer tents, blankets, sleeping bags. We'll have winter jackets for the men," he said.
