Boy Scouts Troop From Kent Island Lays Wreath at Tomb of Unknown Soldier

FORT MYER, Va.- Troop 1631 traveled to Arlington National Cemetery over the weekend to a lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

The trip for the group of boys was sponsored by the Christ Church Parrish of Kent Island. The wreath was made by a group of scout parents with local greens harvested from Kent Island.

The wreath had a patriotic bow on top which was donated by Murdock's Florist in Centreville.

More than 20 Boy Scouts crossed the bridge for the trip.
