ELKTON, Md. (AP/WBOC)- Authorities have charged a Maryland man with distribution and possession of child pornography, also accusing him of secretly recording a teenager in a private location.

Maryland State Police said troopers with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the activity in August. The agency said the suspect, 21-year-old Parke Reese of Elkton, possessed child pornography files on electronic devices as well as secretly recorded video of a juvenile.

Investigators arrested Reese and seized devices from his home on Monday. He is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, nine counts of possession of child pornography and one count of visual surveillance with prurient intent.

Reese was taken to the Maryland State Police North East Barrack for processing and later taken before a District Court commissioner. He is being held without bail at the Cecil County Detention Center.
