25 Frito Lays Scoops or more
1/2 lb. Ground beef or chicken
1/2 Package of taco bell seasoning
1/4 Cup of water
1/2 cup Mexican fine shredded cheese
1/2 cup Taco Bell Salsa medium, hot, or mild which ever you prefer.
Slice the green onions and scoop the sour cream out of the container into a bowl together. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain. Put back in pan and add taco seasoning and water. Arrange Fritos on an oven safe pan. Add ground beef first then salsa then cheese. Bake in oven for 2-3 mins. Serve with a dollop of sour cream garnish with green onions.
