Recipe from Kay Greer of Indiana
Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb
Dash of salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 Pie crust
Butter
Cinnamon
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, salt, sugar, and flour well. Let stand 15 minutes while stirring periodically. Put in pie crust. Dot with butter. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Cover with crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
