24 extra large strawberries
8 oz chocolate (we recommend dark or semisweet chips)
Wash and dry strawberries. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is just barely melted. Take off of heat and continue to stir until completely melted and smooth.
Dip each strawberry into the chocolate and let excess run off. Place on wax paper to cool and harden. Enjoy as an after-dinner dessert with champagne.
