Recipe from Carol Douglass of Garfield, Ariz.
Ingredients:
1 can (6 oz) crab meat, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 jar (3 1/2 oz) macadamia nuts
2 cups milk
1 cup all-purpose baking mix
4 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together crab, cheeses & onions in lightly greased 9-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle macadamia nuts over mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients; beat with a hand mixer for 1 minute, and pour into casserole dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown, and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Serves 6 to 8.
