WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware's Supreme Court has suspended a Georgetown lawyer for 18 months for violating the state lawyer's Rules of Professional Conduct.
Attorney James B. Tyler was suspended immediately after the state Board on Professional Responsibility found that Tyler failed to act diligently and competently on behalf of clients in four separate client matters. The board also found he knowingly disobeyed obligations to Chancery Court and engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
