1 qt jar of pickled corn
4 slices bacon with the drippings
onions, diced
1. Rinse the corn well. brown bacon and remove from the drippings crumble and set a side.
2. Put the corn in the bacon grease and cook for about 10 minutes on medum heat, don't burn. Then add diced onion and crumbled up bacon put lid on set aside until onions or done.
Yield: 4-6 Servings
This is delicious, all the relatives fix it like this now.
