Recipe from Tracy Estes of Cincinnati, OH
Total Time: 30 min
1 cup Water
1 cup Orange Juice (Kroger brand works best)
1 cup Long grain rice
1Tbsp butter
1/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Powder
1. In medium pan, combine rice, butter, ranch powder, water and OJ.
2. Bring to rolling boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Then turn the heat to medium low and cover with lid. Let simmer for 20 mins.. not one second more(without stirring).
3. Turn off and leave covered for 5 minutes; then uncover and stir. This will be light and fluffy, I promise.
Yield: 6 Servings
Comments: I dont like rice but love this rice.
