Total Time: 45 min
2 cans artichoke hearts in water
2 cans french style green beans
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup of romano cheese
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add beans and artichokes, chopped and drained. Simmer 5 to 10 min.
3. Add cheese and bread crumbs, mix well.
4. Put in oblong casserole dish. Bake 20 to 30 min at 350 (uncovered).
Yield: Serves 8 to 10 people
Comments: I make this for special events, taste like stuffed artichokes
