Total Time: 2 hr 10 min
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery
3 tsp celery seed (optional)
8-10 chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups chicken broth
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add peppers, onion, celery and celery seed.
2. Sprinkle flour on top and add chicken broth. Flour will thicken the broth.
3. Cook for two hours at medium to low heat in oven.
Yield: 10 servings
