Tonight: Mostly clear with a bit more humidity. Lows: 60-66. Winds: S-SW 5-15 mph.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, muggy. Lows: 61-68. Winds: SW 5-15 mph.

Labor Day: Partly cloudy with afternoon showers and storms possible. Highs: 83-92. Winds: SW 5-15 mph.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy with scattered showers and storms in the late afternoon. Highs: 85-94. Winds: SW 5-10 mph.

For the unofficial end to the summer season, Labor Day Weekend for the most part will be a very warm weekend on Delmarva. As we move into Sunday and Monday, high pressure starts to slide off the coast. An approaching cold front will start to spark showers and storms. Our best chance of seeing these storms looks to move in for Labor Day Monday, but there may be a few storms on Sunday afternoon as well.

Another round of showers and storms move through on Tuesday before a brief cool down on Wednesday. The summer heat and humidity stay on the peninsula for the foreseeable future, with highs by the end of the week back above average for early September.
