Coastal Flood Advisory until SAT 6:00 AM EDT

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low-
lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.

* WHERE...Dorchester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low
threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water
above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads
and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns
near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

Delaware Clinic Helps to Clear Juvenile Criminal Records

TALLEYVILLE, Del. (AP)- The Widener University Delaware Law School has helped more than 40 juveniles begin to clear their records with an expungement clinic.

The clinic in Talleyville was the law school's second and the third held by the Office of Defense Services this year. According to the organization's website, the defense service provides legal services to indigent and incarcerated clients statewide.

Jon Offredo with the ODS says about 20 attorneys and volunteers were on hand Friday to aid clients free of charge. He says once clients met with volunteers, their expungement applications will be filed with and processed by the courts.

Gov. John Carney says these expungement clinics offer a second chance and help Delawareans with juvenile records move beyond mistakes of their past.
