DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware elections officials say voting was running smoothly so far Tuesday.
Election Commissioner Elaine Manlove says there were no reported problems at polling sites and that everything was "so far, so good."
Manlove says some voters have called in with questions about whether they needed identification to vote and other issues. She says if voters don't have identification, they can fill out an affidavit that says they are who they say they are, and then cast a ballot.
Elections officials in New Castle and Kent counties say voters have been turning out on a steady basis and that turnout didn't seem to be particularly high or particularly low.
