DOVER, Del. – DNREC’s Division of Fish and Wildlife will hold a public hearing on proposed state wildlife regulation changes, including the required reporting of harvested gray foxes.
The heating will be held Sept. 22 at 6:30 p.m. in the DNREC Auditorium of the Richardson & Robbins Building, located at 89 Kings Highway in Dover.
According to DNREC, a proposed regulation prompted by a recent change in state law specifies reporting requirements for harvested gray foxes. Other proposed changes include clarifying and ensuring consistency in reporting requirements for harvested gray foxes, coyotes and nutria.
The proposed regulation and amendments are available for public review online at Wildlife regulation.
