DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police have issued a homeless sex offender public notification for David J. Bugle, 47. He is a moderate risk Tier II sex offender who is registered as homeless in Dover. Bugle is 6-foot-tall, 150 pounds., brown hair, and green eyes.
Bugle is not presently wanted but police said if you have information that Bugle is occupying a home, call (302) 672-5306.
